    Privacy Policy

    1. Introduction

InkMotion is a product of SHOW n DO Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered video creation platform.

By using InkMotion, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

    2. Information We Collect

    Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and any other information you choose to provide in your profile.

    Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe may collect and store your payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.

    Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with our service, including features used, videos created, and general usage patterns to improve our platform.

    Content You Upload

We collect and process any documents, images, or other content you upload to create videos. This content is used solely to provide the service and is stored securely.

    Views of Shared Videos

When someone opens a shared video link, we record how the video was watched so its creator can see their views: how much of the video played, whether the sound was on, whether the viewer interacted with the page, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer) and the website the link was opened from. The view data we keep does not include the viewer's name, email address or IP address. To count unique viewers and limit abuse, we keep one-way codes made from the viewer's network address (and browser) with a random value that changes every day and is then deleted, so a viewer cannot be identified or followed from one day or video to the next. Like any website, our servers see a visitor's network address while delivering the page, and our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for a limited time. We do not record sessions on shared video pages. Views by a video's creator and their team are not recorded.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    • To process your transactions and manage your subscription

    4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

    • 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit
    • Encryption at rest for stored data
    • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
